Basil's 'Mara' double pannier bag is made of 600D water repellent polyester, a foldable material with stitched cut-outs for luggage carrier straps (you can use both the panniers and luggage strap / bungee at the same time). The 'Mara' also features double reflective stripes at both the front and the back.
